Order Processing Time

All Kurostyle products are printed on-demand — just for you. Please allow 2-4 business days for production before your order ships. Orders placed after 5 PM local time or on weekends begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Transit time: 10-25 business days after production

Shipping rates:
- Standard: $9.95 AUD (orders under $100 AUD)
- FREE Shipping on orders over $100 AUD

United States Shipping

Transit time: 5-7 business days after production

Shipping rates:
- Standard: $7.95 USD (orders under $75 USD)
- FREE Shipping on orders over $75 USD

International Shipping (Rest of World)

Transit time: 10-25 business days after production

Shipping rates:
- Flat rate: $14.95 USD

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are not included in our shipping charges and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kurostyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order, please contact your local postal service.

Occasionally, carriers experience delays due to weather, holidays, or customs processing. These are beyond our control.
