How long does shipping take?
To Australia: 10-25 business days after production (2-4 days). Total: 12-29 business days.
To United States: 5-7 business days after production (2-4 days). Total: 7-11 business days.
To other countries: 10-25 business days depending on location.
How much does shipping cost?
π¦πΊ Australia: Flat rate $9.95 AUD or FREE on orders over $100 AUD
πΊπΈ United States: Flat rate $7.95 USD or FREE on orders over $75 USD

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from our fulfillment centers in the US and China.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
π RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition. Contact hello@kurostyle.com to start a return.
My item arrived damaged or defective β what do I do?
Please email photos of the issue to hello@kurostyle.com within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send a replacement immediately.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. Return the original item (unworn) and place a new order for the correct size. We'll refund the returned item upon receipt.

What makes Kurostyle different?
We use premium 250-400 GSM heavyweight blanks β significantly thicker than standard print-on-demand. Every piece includes our custom Kurostyle neck label, not a generic tag.
How should I wash my Kurostyle items?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach.
Where are your products made?
Our premium blanks are printed on-demand at fulfillment centers in the US and China using water-based, eco-friendly inks.
